If you are unable to see the site menus then you are using Internet Explorer with the security option 'Allow active content to run on my computer' disabled. Either use another browser or follow the instructions below.
Go to Tools>Internet Options>Select the 'Advanced' tab.
Scroll down to the 'Security' section and enable 'Allow active content to run on my computer'.
You will now have to re-start Internet Explorer. This will not compromise the security of your computer.
